Your loved one’s day begins with a cheerful greeting as a Glenwood Place team member arrives to help with the morning routine. She opens the curtains and the sunlight comes streaming in. Looks like a great day for a relaxing in our private, enclosed courtyard.
After lunch is the perfect time to join friends for a stroll on our walking paths, or settle in for an afternoon snooze. Every Sunday is movie night, and a classic favorite is playing on the “big screen”. Enjoy another day of living well at Glenwood Place.

In addition to our onsite caregiving staff, Respite Care community guests can access the many healthcare facilities in our area, including UnityPoint Health Marshalltown Medical Park, home to one of the most prominent hospitals in the city. Additionally, our guests also have access to the various dentists and numerous medical specialists in the surrounding area.
